Pension Withdrawal

I was assigned to Ms Palesa Motloung, Liberty Life Consultant. Very Helpful Lady however I don't know what could be the problem. I've emeiled all necessary documents for my Pension Withrawal, due date nothing has Happened. Its close to 4 weeks no update. I am now frustrated as my Bills are falling behind and non calls demanding payments are escalating. I will appreciate your urgent assistance in this matter. Very Frustrated!!
