Pension Payout Battle

I have never in my life came across a company with so many empty promises. As per their web page, payouts should happen in 21 days. It's been 3 months now and still counting. I have been waiting for my pension fund to pay out as I have left to work overseas. I was told on 20/07/19 again that payout would have been made on 21/07/19. Up till today, NOTHING. I phoned our Broker again to follow up and they told her again that payment will be made today, 25/07/19. I have lost my trust in Liberty. My wife is trying to follow this through as I cannot make the phone calls with the time difference and they will not assist her as we need to work with the middle man. I need a proof of payment today as I have lost trust in Liberty and I have been closing all my bank accounts and waiting for only this 1 payout. I am running now out of time. 3 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
