pension pay out

I have left my employment on the 30th of January 2015. On 10th of march my previos company submitted all paperwork for claim. After I had to follow up on the matter. They say 15-21 working days to pay out after dockumentation. I have been following up every second day with liberty for the pay out and I just cant get a date out of them every time it stays at 15 days. We are 30 working days down the line NOW with no joy. They are really a bad company that are bussy pocketiing intrest on my mony thay I am loosing. Beware of liberty rather get some one els to save your pension for you. Theu are quick fo take your money but oh boy dont claim. Very angry custemor
