Pension funds not paid to customer Sep 2023

A customers pension payment was due in the 25th of September and funds should have been released earlier due to public holiday. Called liberty and was advised that they check rates on portfolios before they pay then client was told there was a glitch in their system. This is an individuals personal funds that they chose to invest in liberty and its being threated like a government grant.
