Pension fund claim not paid

I'm have a horrible experience with liberty. They are not paying my pension claim which was due before or by end of March 2021. I wrote so many emails and all I get is generic feedback that they are attending to my claim urgently and it's been prioritised. The resent reply to one of my emails was it's sent to relevant management what is this. I'm so frustrated and about to loose my assets due to retrenchment whereas liberty is sitting with my money.
