Bad experience with Liberty, I have surrendered the life policy. All the documents required were sent on the 26 of March 2025 but still no pay out, every time I am told it’s processed I have to wait 48 hours. Bad service from the 3rd of March 2025. After sending documents they don’t follow up. I will call after three days thinking I am giving them time, that will be the only time they will check the mail. You won’t know if there is a document missing they will tell you the day you called and still wait being told someone is dealing with your query. Even now I am still waiting.
