Payments not released timeously
In a time where people are relying on being paid out their claims timeously and Liberty ensure that ALL of their debit orders go off, one would think that they would release funds on the date they specify. To make matters worse, you email with no response and when you call them you are advised to email. When are we getting our income protector payment that was due to be released on the 16 April?

22 Apr 2020, 10:57When you do get a response it is a generic " Kindly note that we have released the payments for April. It takes 24 to 48 hours from release for payment to reflect in the nominated account." - NOT ACCEPTABLE WHEN THE TIME FRAME HAS LAPSED!

24 Apr 2020, 15:53After raising the issue numerous times via email, my broker and this forum the payment was released a week later, no thanks to Neriss Farmer and her lack of attention to detail or effort.
