Pay back my money for canceling my cover as I was never dishonest

Liberty Life declines claim after more than a year of investigation on the basis that I did not provide medical mental health proof but these records never existed. I still have not been called and Liberty now considering refunding part of my paid premiums as they say I **** but if this is the case that they would not give me the full cover I also would not take out the cover at all so in this case I want all my premiums plus interest refunded and never do business with Liberty Life again.
