PAY BACK ALL MY PREMIUMS

i have been ****med by libery life, i have been paying for the funeral plan for over 5 years and i have not claimed even a single time. the agreement was that if i reach 5 years without claim i will get some premiums back. im approaching 6 years and i have not received a single cash back. when i send an email to claim back the email doesnt get through, a consultant sent an email on my behalf and i have not received a dyme. I want all my premiums back. I want all my premiums back I want all my premius back and cancel this **** ....cancel and payback all my money. i have not defaulted or claim. all you do well is increase and increase....Pay me back all my premiums
