Pathetic support - Automation nonses

Stash is the worst, I have been trying to reach to reset my stash account and right now I am disappointed beyond measures. I am expected to send mail for help with an email what is not active as the auto response is actually looking for the email you used to register on an app.No contact number to call or even support team is very useless to say the least. I have clearly stated that I am no lonfer using the mail address therefore I cant access it hence why I need assistance
