Pathetic service from Liberty short-term

It's over 24 hrs. since I reported my query and I still have not received any feedback from you. I called in 3 times today requesting feedback to no luck! I was eventually to a manager by the name Kagisho Monagale and he committed to calling me in 30 mins.... well it's been 3 hours and he still hasn't called me back and when I called again to speak to him I was told that he is in a meeting. Pathetic service!
