PATHETIC SERVICE FROM LIBERTY LIFE IRO FUNERAL BENEFITS

Please stay clear from Liberty Life. Recently attempted to claim funeral benefits for my son who had passed away. It is suppose to provide the grieving family with financial assistance to cover the funeral costs. Liberty Life dismally failed to do this. It is now almost 4 weeks after my son had passed away and they still had not paid the insured amount which meant that we had to sc**** to get money together to bury my son. What is disgrace. Will never recommend Liberty Life or do business with them
