Pathetic service from Liberty Life Annuity

We used to be able to get our portfolio's growth and performance details online, but they have taken this away ??? You can only see your balance and personal details. Their website is getting worse and worse and their service even more pathetic.

I have logged two calls to get my performance data and they flatly refuse to provide same.

Unacceptable from a brand that used to be Trusted !!??
