Pathetic service from liberty life and non compliance in submitting my IRP5 to SARS has cost me penalties with SARS

A one star is too much for this ''We too big to care'' company. I have called and emailed the customer care which is pathetic and a waste of my money and time. When i eventually got through to someone I thought could help, it was a disappointment. I requested Liberty to submit my IRP5 to SARS but the customer care said that they would email the IRP5 to me and I must submit it to SARS. SARS said that they cannot accept the IRP5 from my side as liberty has a legal obligation to submit the IRP5 to SARS. I now have penalties imposed on my profile as I have failed to submit my tax returns on time and this is all thanks to Liberty Life. Who will pay the administrative penalties because of your i dont care attitude??. Catch a wake up and submit the IRP5 to SARS so that i may submit my tax return.
