Pathetic service from Liberty Life

We have been waiting for 8 months for the pay out of my sister's retirement annuity. She passed in June last year. There is always an excuse and then fill in this new form. This is absolutely ridiculous! Pathetic service and I will never recommend them to anyone. We even received a nasty reply to say we will get 'our money' when it gets to us. As if to make us feel guilty for asking for the money. Disgusting!
