Pathetic service from Liberty Life

Disgusted by the customer service. Sent all necessary documents for payment. Keep being told different stories from each consultant. My query has been escalated 4 times but not one response from the assessor. The consultant cannot get ahold of her on the phone as well. Very disappointing...
