Pathetic service from Liberty life.

My dad has a liberty life policy for 27 years now. Due to him being incapacitated I am dealing with liberty for him. The financial advisor assigned to him all these years has been not existent in providing my dad with any assistance, info or advice . Liberty REFUSES to now let my dad still increase his cover bcos of his age& this despite all the negative circumstances with the financial advisor that led to our request.

No senior manager or even the head of operations has bothered to call me back despite my repeated emails & a letter from liberty to my dad was almost dismissive !!

Absolutely pathetic and embarassing service to say the least where no discretion or logic was used in the matter to assist my dad.
