PATHETIC SERVICE FROM LIBERTY GROUP
My previous emails was answered promptly and actioned promptly , thank you however they have not read all documents submitted and came back with negative feedback causing more stress due to my illness. They need to go on a training workshop to handle situations and not stress the clients , further they changed the accessor thus not reading the documents and coming back with a negative response. They need to come with a tangible results as documents does prove the results. Hopefully this get resolved ASAP. Or i have no alternative but go legal and the magistrate will definitely rule the contradicted their reports which definitely works in my favor as civil courts work totally different to liberties response. When summons are issued it will be fir costs as well. My plan of action is as follows 1) Put my experience on all groups on Facebook 2) Notify all those that have bonds with STD Bank & S A Homeloans to cover their bonds with other insurance companies. 3) The doctors need to be aware of devious tactics used when its time to pay. 4) This is not a threat but merely stating facts on how liberty works.
I have a right to express my grievances in this regard.

They did reply however they copied a doctors thesis to use as ammunition against my claim , comparing prognosis with diagnosis , not reading the doctors report properly and speaking lies on the report.
I have sent 3 emails already asking specific questions no reply.
The accessors called me and we did not finish the conversation they then promised to call the next day two weeks have gone no phone call.
They put in values which is incorrect and lies compared to the doctors report why do you always do this liberty.
You agree the Illness is serious then you contractdicting your own reply why are you doing this you cannot be so dumb
The new documents were give in support of doctor Gammo's report you'll have failed to read it why ???
Dr Essa's report stated ejection fraction of 20 to 30% where did get 30 to 40 % am i reading a document different to you you need to prove how you got your values, your are adults so called professional and you are speaking lies why???

I have asked for proof of certain documents till date none where Shoba deliberately ****.

Just today STANDARD BANK PUT UP A REPORT ON FACE BOOK not one person commenting was in favour of the bank.
I am going to find the face book page and ***gyback and let people know liberty and Standard bank are the same group let's get the popcorn ready and read the comments.
