Pathetic service , claims department useless ,stay away

Pathetic company , i was diagnosed with pericarditis and still on treatment being seen by a cardiologist, you guys reject my claim because covid 19 is not covered , covid caused my pericarditis i was in ICU and i am still on treatment and still having chest pain My Doctors notes states i am being treated for a Heart condition Ivin van Wyk the assesor needs to recheck with my Dr and cardiologist and pay the money , your guys service is pathetic. NO ONE SHOULD TAKE OUT ANY POLICY FROM LIBERTY LIFE
