Pathetic service

My husband died in 2017. Filed my claim with Liberty Life soon after. Its been over a year since my submission. I am yet to receive any feedback. Been calling and they keep sayong their cliams department will return to me . Nothing todate. I called again today. Still cannot get assistance. Their customer service is pathetic.
