Pathetic service!!!!

Good day,

I've been finalizing my late Moms estate. Prior to the first of December I ensured that I submitted all relevant documents requested and asked please if we can kindly expedite process.

After back and forth communication from the 1st December to the 18th December (of which each time you reply on email it's met by an auto response, only to be attended by a human 2-4 days later, cant understand why each case cant be afforded a case manager). Making affairs seamless, personalized and professional.

I was advised by one of the staff Bongani Mabena I would be called, today marks the 5th Jan and I'm yet to receive the call.

Make matters worse, I was called by some lady within the month of December, who apparently works with Bongani. One could clearly tell she wasn't up to speed with affairs and the merits of the affidavit written, I still recall how upset I was and asked that she get Bongani call me, to which she advised he is on sick leave.

Please, I want to seriously get this matter urgently behind me, can a senior official please contact me directly on my cell ***.
