Pathetic service

If I could give zero stars I would. I used to think liberty was a reputable company which I had considered getting policies with in future. However my current experience with them has just ruined it. My fnb account was incorrectly debited and had the reference “liberty” so I called them and told them my situation. I had no policies with the whatsoever but my account was debited, they told me to email them, which I did on the 1st of October. Since then I have been calling them and emailing them trying to get them to refund me but they have been giving me the run around for the whole month. It’s now the 27th of October and I still don’t have my money back. Poor service. Absolutely pathetic. Don’t even get me started on FNb because they want to charge me R130 for the reversal and to stop the debit order.
