Pathetic service

I had requested to withdraw my money from Liberty and Had sent them their documentation on the 16th.

I called the centre on the 23rd and was told that an agent was on my profiler but had actioned anything yet.

I was advised I would get an email from the manager and to date I have received it.

I feel this is poor service and would like feedback asap via email.
