PATHETIC SERVICE

i need my IRP5 for my 2 provident funds that paid out last year??? i can not get hold of anyone at Liberty and SARS is waiting fir this????? how pathetic is this, something that should be sent automatically i now have to struggle just to get hold of someone at liberty in order to request it??????????
