Pathetic Service

I have been battling to get my provident fund payout for months from liberty! I was told that my provident will be payed out on the 18th of Feb 2015 and still nothing. When I phoned to check in on the status of the payout there was yet again new requirements i.e. bank statements and tax number. But what I don't understand is how this wasn't communicated to me before the 18th??<br> <br> This is unacceptable and rather pathetic service from Liberty! I will never take another policy of any nature out with Liberty and I will be sure to tell my entire network of people how poor the payout process with Liberty really is!!!
