Pathetic service
Pathetic service from Liberty ,iv been requiring assistance with a password reset for my stash account as it's locked,iv sent a copy off the Id as required but no response or assistance since the 4th off July,2months later no assistance ,the services is pathetic absolutely pathetic and appualing to say the least I regret using this stash platform to save money it's always a mission to get help.

07 Sept 2026, 09:06Liberty group as much as you acknowledge that my complaint has been received,it's been 4 days still no assistance,I only received one missed call on the 3rd off September,when I call the number back it doesn't give me an option to get assistance via stash,mind you it's 2 months down the line no assistance,on the 4th off September I sent an email attaching a copy off my ID too show that I'm the owner off the stash profile till today no response to that email,you service is really "Disgusting 🤮"...2 months and 4 days latter no help with a simple request too change a pin.
