Pathetic service

I cancelled my policy on 14 December 2020 and got a phone call the on the 15 December 2020. The lady confirmed with me the policy is cancelled and she also confirmed there will be no debit orders going off at the end of December 2020. Well guess what, debit order went off. I phoned on the 28 December 2020 with regards to debit order going off.

According to a lady I spoke yesterday(11 January 2021), the refund was requested on 30 December 2020 but it has been laying there for days. Their policy states for 4 business days for a refund but it has been 8 days.
