Pathetic Provident Fund Claim

If I could give zero star I would. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I submitted claim for my Provident Fund on the 22Oct24 and to this day nothing has been done or finalised. It’s one pathetic email after one another. I’m Dealing with a broker who also doesn’t know much. Alexander Forbes takes the cup by far and Liberty has no respect or regard for its clients. I was given a reference number which am sure is also useless. Almost 70 days and nothing..I have never been sooo dissapointed in a company. Epic fail and I will make sure I do not sign with any company that uses Liberty for my Provident fund. My case number is ***1. I dare someone to tell me why my funds are taking this long.
