Pathetic My Liberty Portal

I just want to say that the customer support service for the My Liberty portal is extremely pathetic and useless. I have been trying for the last few weeks to change my contact number. When ever I call their support number and choose the option to speak to an operator, the call cuts off. This has happened numerous occasions. I then emailed their pathetic support team who responds after a couple of days even though you get an automated response stating that they would get back to you in 24 hours. Someone has now responded with just my username which I already know and when you login to their pathetic portal it says you need to contact Liberty to change your contact number.

I am totally lost with this Liberty Portal. They do not have proper competent staff and systems in place. I regret dealing with Liberty.
