Pathetic from liberty corporate

Extremely poor service from liberty corporate..lack of communication..my payment date was confirmed and after waiting over a month they decided to tell me that my tax number was incorrect on the dam day of payout ...we have to keep calling them then remain on hold forever as if we have thousands to spend on airtime ...please can someone contact me urgently ..customer service is so pathetic
