Pathetic Customer Service - Stay Away

I have a pension fund with them. I saw that my details are incorrect. My name, and marital status is wrong. I contacted them numerous of times, they said it has been updated, but it is only a lie. My profile shows that it is not changed. I send my ID through as requested. I have been waiting since December last year for them to fix my profile. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
