Pathetic customer service!!

It’s shocking that you opted to cancel my policy without providing me explanation why you deducted more than double of the premium that we agreed on as per my contract.

Your service is really dissapointing i must say. You didn’t even inform me in advance that you decided to over charge me but your quick to cancel, obviously you won’t get enough funds as i provided the R792 which is my premium not R1892 that you arbitrarily increased without my consent.

I hope you will not treat your future clients likes this.
