Pathetic customer experience

Trying to get onto MyLiberty profile. Its always a constant challenge. When you try to reset your username and password and select the SMS option you simply never get the SMS.

I tried the call centre and I get bombarded with endless prompts and voice recordings instead of getting to the point. Just a waste of airtime and time.
