Pathetic Brokers

I am very disappointed in the service i have received from one of your brokers. My husband and i have been policy holders of your organisation for many years. However due to one service brokers that thinks just because she has a degree she has the right to email me such a terrible email.... Good day Ugan,

I am sorry but my time is also precious and although I would have liked to have helped you, you also do not respond in a timely manner.

I did what I could and tried to helped you given your work situation. Unfortunately, I also have a job and client’s to see, I was not available to wait 2 hours for you in Sandton.

Also I did tell you that I have an appointment at 3:30pm in Midrand. I cannot cancel my client’s appointment.

I would gladly advise you to contact another financial adviser.

Please tell me is this how you allow brokers to take to your clients? I will definitely be taking my service away from your organisation and i will never refer anyone to liberty.
