Pathetic and useless service

I have now been requesting for the past 3 months that my policy be cancelled by Ivette Ioakin, she is a broker for Liberty Life.

I have never in my entire life dealt with such an *********** person before, i have not even encountered this kind of service from Telkom.

She is useless and i would not recommend her to anyone. I havr requested her to change my policy from non smoker to smoker as this was captured incorrectly upon inception. Again no service.
