Pathetic and unprofessional service ever

I have a life policy with Liberty and in my portfolio I have a Salary Protection cover since 2020 paying over R1500 a month but recently my contract was not renewed and that policy covers me with an average salary I was earning till I find another job . Wrote to my Financial Advisor my current situation and that I need the policy to pay me since I don’t have a job anymore , He requested for my documents and said will revert back to me , but he never , followed up with him again after a few days but he just forwarded the email to a lady without coming back to me now , it’s now 17 days , and I need money to pay for my bills before end of month. Need someone from management to call me and let me know what kind of business are they running or if they are ****ming pple .No excuse . Disappointed
