PATHETIC ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC FROM LIBERTY

i have a retrenchment policy with Liberty, i have been paying for over 2 years. after i was retrenched, i sent them all of the paperwork as they have requested. after that they said i need to send them my employment contract, which i did, they then said that the policy is not valid as it is a 3 year work contract (yet they never told me this before the claim and still took my money for over 2 years,) after i consulted with them i said that even if my contract is for 3 years i was still under contract for another year when i was retrenched. they agreed to pay me at least a month (and even asked for more information (doctor information etc. which they said all came back good). months later i have not received any payment, and to this day they are still taking my money and said they will not be paying anymore. my concern is that if they have these contract issues why do they not ask for all of the information before they start taking no *****ING your money
