Pathetic

I'm supper disappointed and angry at how liberty is treating me. I've laid a complaint with them being of December on the 3rd regarding my withdrawal of my fund. I'm being told different stories every single time I call in to find out what's the status of my claim. I submitted my claim in October mind you. CAS-40656-P3B3 IS the reference I was given. Can you please payout this claim, it's a small amount that would make a world of a difference to my children.
