Passing the buck poor customer service

Very poor or non existent customer service.. Passing the buck. It is unbelievable that they cannot do a simple *** for SARS. Been requesting for 3 weeks now, but get shoved between Alexander Forbes and Liberty.. In the end I have to explain to SARS why my returns cannot be completed due to no fault of mine at all.. When it's two Corporate giants that cannot do proper paperwork.
