Partial Investment withdrawal

Two years ago I invested my funds at Liberty Life, worst mistake ever. Have have two investment policies and on life cover policy. One of the investment is flexible and the idea was so I can manage to get funds whenever I need them. My first partial withdrawal request was last year and I was told it takes atleast 4 working days, that was a LIE I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I felt it was my first time this became a pattern everytime I would request money I have to struggle and constantly to follow up Now I’m in a predicament, I made a request last week bearing in mind of the 4-business day rule. Today as I’m expecting payment I’m being told that there a business cost that need to take place before since when? Now I’m being told that my product takes 7-9 days since when? I desperately need MY money which I trusted Liberty Life with and I have to now struggle to get my funds when I need them the most. Liberty life has failed me, I regret ever putting my investment through that company and trusting them to do right by me They never miss their debit order date, yet I’m being told storied when I want to use MY money. What am I suppose to do now, the debts i need to cover with that money? The promises I have made? Had I knew about this new policy I definitely would have made the request a bit sooner I’m so shuttered, I only don’t know what I’m going to do
