Paid Up RA - unpaid after 2 weeks
My paid up RA settlement is still unpaid after 16 days, and Liberty doesn't know what it's doing. I have spoken to countless foreign Liberty call centre agents. Each has a different story, each makes it up as they go along. I want that cash in my verified bank account TODAY with interest. No more pointless POPIA questions, no more excuses, no more lame and untrained call centre agents.

16 Sept 2026, 16:10Useless, meaningless, empty platitude. Investigations are of no consequence, they're just an excuse to delay even further. Elroy Augustine doesn't exist, it's a standard Liberty non de plume to avoid accountability.
