Own your life rewards ****!

I've been with liberty life rewards programme for a while now and have been monitoring their systems and procedures due to their failure to always provide positive service. They advertise benefits that are are **** just to lure us into the programme. I have been waiting to get my hands on some tickets for cricket for a few games now and always ended up having a \sold out\"response until I waited for the 1st minute of the ticket opening day to arrive to test if they are true or not. Ticket booking opened yesterday and I must have been the first person to get on the site at 12.01am but the tickets were not showing, tried at 6.00am and still no tickets eventually I tried at 8.00am to get a response that it was all sold out! How can they be all sold out if it was not even available on the website? Ive left a message for Nishen, the manager of the rewards programme to call me but haven't received any response. This is not the first time there has been issues with Liberty! Stop ******** people into a programme that we pay for that you guys falsely advertise to lure us in! I want answers...."
