Own your life rewards not paying out rewards

I've signed a policy through liberty called own your life rewards. They are meant to theoretically pay me every set number of times I've gone to gym on the 15th of every month. But haven't seen any payment from last month and the next payment is meant to occur this 15th. This is bad service! I phone and phone and they keep on saying they will reimburse me, but I see no money? <br> Becoming a frustrated customer
