own your life rewards are useless with refunds

on the 28/1/2015 i contacted liberty life own your life rewards and informed them that my December gym fees had not been refunded too me,they then asked me to send through my bank statements to prove this as the lady said the gym was not supposed to charge me a fee for December,she then acknowledged that they did charge me and that liberty would refund me within 48 hours this is the call ref number (***).i then emailed them on the 2/2/2015 to inform them that no payment had been made,they failed to respond to the email so i then contacted them again call ref number (***) and was told that they dont know why but no payment was logged on the system but the lady assured me she would send it to the finance department and get it approved within 48 hours...i then contacted them 2 days later as still nothing had been done,and the excuse then was that the wrong amount was sent thru and it would be paid by the 6/2/2015.it is now the 9/2/2015 and nothing has been done.<br> i am seriously contemplating cancelling own your life rewards as well as my policys with liberty and changing to discovery life.
