Over promise and under deliver

Case number M256090C - withdrawal claim

The level of incompetency with Liberty is appalling. I was advised on the 17th of April that my provident fund claim would be paid out and the money to reflect in my account with 10 working days. It’s past 10 working days and I am still waiting with no communication from your side.

I called last week and was advised latest 2nd May. What date is it today?

Can a competent person, if there is any, look into this as I’ve sent numerous emails which were unattended to!
