Outstanding service delivery

I had resigned from my employer and needed my pension fund to be transferred to my Liberty retirement fund. After struggling with my ex-employer, I contacted Mr Sibusiso Nobela who was assisting my other employer regarding the Liberty medical aid. I have never met Mr Nobela, however he agreed to assist me. He kept on updating me every step of the way on the progress of the transfer and also a better option to invest the funds. As I write this report, my funds are now invested in a preserver funds. Thanks Mr Nobela for your outstanding work. To Liberty management, this man is a valuable asset you can keep in your organisation.
