Online Portal for placing a life insurance claim has a bug and the only channel for talking to them (the call centre agent) doesn't even have a clue there is process for placing ONLINE claims by clients, really!! When I ask for the Internet Support team, there is no direct line to transfer such queries to them, how pathetic!!
