One of their representatives by the name of Ruben Arnoldus *****ulently made me sign up for life policy by telling me it’s not optional but a bank requirement for new home owners. I had to choose from the options given since I was not given a choice to refuse . Now I found out from the home loan and a different liberty representative that it’s not true but the company refuses to take responsibility of one of them *****ing people.
