NOT IN IT WITH YOU!

I ask the question, how is Liberty in it with you...I have BVP which was a result of s surgeons error that has really caused issues for me professionally and personally, leaving me with little to no auditability, I lodged a claim over 10 months ago, and met all the requirements, but Liberty has delayed feedback and don't even respond to queries made by my broker. I believe that they should be better with assessing claims, and even though numerous specialists have given reports, it feels as if you are expected to make payment for a policy every month however their lack of feedback is a true reflection of their customer service orientation. Before signing up for a policy ensure that the company who takes your money cares about the impact on Life when things go wrong.
