Not deducting the amount that was quoted and approved

I amended my policy. I accepted the quote and with my first debit order and new policy they added R235.48 without my approval. I need someone to please help to resolve this issue and correct my policy as per the quote I approved. This is very upsetting and disappointing to me as client. I also want to be refunded the amount of R235.48 that was deducted extra without my approval. The quote a approved was for R758.52 and the amount deducted and that is on my policy is R994. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
